These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arcio website (arcio.io) and the Arcio WordPress plugin (“Product”). By using our website or purchasing our Product, you agree to these Terms.
License
When you purchase Arcio Pro, you receive a license to use the plugin on the number of sites specified by your plan (single site or unlimited sites). This license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable.
The free version of Arcio is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2) via WordPress.org.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or share your Pro license key with unauthorized parties
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Pro version beyond what is permitted by applicable law
- Use the Product for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass license verification or activation limits
Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through Freemius. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing at the interval you selected (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius account dashboard, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. Once a license key is issued and the plugin is available for download, the transaction is complete. We encourage you to use the free version of Arcio to evaluate the plugin before purchasing a Pro license.
Availability and Updates
We strive to keep the Product updated and compatible with the latest version of WordPress. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Product at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcio and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Pro version of the Product ceases immediately.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
